TUSCANY FARMHOUSE
Among Ca’Novae’s woods and meadows lives a small, precious community — the bees.
Guardians of natural balance, they wander among lavender, chestnut, fruit blossoms, and wild ivy, carrying the essence of this hill in every flight.
A treasure of floral biodiversity surrounds them: each season paints its own bouquet — the brightness of lavender, the depth of chestnut, the gentle sweetness of orchard blooms.
Our beekeeping follows nature’s quiet rhythm. No chemicals, no forcing — only care, observation, and respect.
We never feed our bees with industrial sugar paste: instead, we leave each colony most of its own honey, to sustain them through the winter and during moments when the climate becomes harsh. It’s a gesture of trust and harmony — giving back what nature has offered.
The honey is extracted by slow centrifugation, never heated, preserving all its raw richness and living energy.
Pure, honest, alive — it carries the taste of sunlight, wildflowers, and patience. Each jar is a small symphony of collaboration and gratitude — a reminder that true sweetness is born from balance and care.
