It isn’t a restaurant. It’s a home kitchen.
At Hostaria Novae, dinner feels like family — the scent of warm bread, the gentle pour of wine, conversations that linger as the evening unfolds.
Each meal tells a story of the land, of seasons, and of the people who care for it.
Elisabetta personally selects the finest ingredients from local shops and nearby farms. Her choices reflect a mindful way of living: cooking only what is needed, avoiding waste, and celebrating the excellence of those who grow and craft with heart.
The menu is fixed, just like in an old Tuscan home.
It begins with a generous antipasto — garden vegetables, local cheeses, and artisan cured meats. Then a first course that speaks of Emilia, our roots, and Tuscany.
The main dish draws inspiration from our own farm, served with homemade bread and sweet endings from our kitchen.
Everything is simple, real, made with time and care.
Our wines are local, a tribute to the Tuscany hills — though you’re welcome to bring your own bottle. What matters here is to feel good.
Hostaria Novae is an experience of warmth and truth — a table where food, time, and gratitude meet.
Our kitchen follows the rhythm of time, hands, and seasons. To welcome you with the care each meal deserves, we kindly ask you to book your dinner at least 2 days in advance.
This allows us to pick the freshest ingredients, harvest from the garden, and prepare a table that feels genuine — warm and ready, just like home.

45 euros per person (drinks not included)
To ensure a convivial atmosphere, for reservations with fewer participants than the minimum required, we reserve the right to join your table with other guests.
Outside guests are welcome!

55 euros per person (drinks not included)
The table will be for the exclusive use of the group.
Important information before booking
Before confirming your stay, we kindly ask you to read these notes — out of mutual respect, and to preserve the harmony of this home:
Confirmation: your booking is valid only after our written confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
Guarantee: a credit card is required as guarantee. No amount will be charged at the moment of booking.
Cancellation: if no cancellation is made within 24 hours before the scheduled arrival time, a fee of 25 euro per person will be applied.
No-Show: in case of no arrival, a penalty deposit of 55 euro per person will be charged (art. 1386 Italian Civil Code).
Acceptance: by requesting the booking, you fully accept these conditions.

We value the authenticity of our products, which are often artisanal and come from different productions. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the absolute absence of allergens (such as gluten, lactose, etc.).
Please always let us know in advance if you have any food allergies or intolerances. We will be happy to consider how we can offer you a choice of products to suit your needs (gluten-free, lactose-free, yeast-free, vegetarian, etc.).
As ours is a “home” kitchen and not certified for specific diets, please consider that in case of severe allergies or intolerances, our options may not be sufficient to eliminate all risk. In these situations, we suggest you seek more specialized facilities for your safety.
