We have deep respect for the uncomtaminated NATURE that surrounds us and nourishes us with energy.
A TERRITORY full of possibilities to enjoy, which we are deeply connected: its history, with its traditions, its typical products, its people. First of all the Maremma with its timeless charm, then the sea, the blue heart of Italy, and Tuscany, the cradle of a profound culture.
In this place, so rich in poetry, mysticism and positive energy, one breathes SPIRITUALITY. An ideal place to rediscover yourself and others, for spiritual and holistic activities.
LOVE, in the broad sense of harmony with creation, which led to the birth of Ca’Novae and which can still be breathed as an atmosphere. A love that becomes a passion for our work, for what we try to offer our guests every day.

We came here to live in contact with untouched nature. We came here to make sure it stays that way.
Observing what surrounds us teaches us that this biodiversity is a wealth to be protected, and that we must draw inspiration from it to create systems that develop in a sustainable and harmonious way.

Thanks to a system of natural geothermal phenomena, the entire Montieri region now has access to an emission-free source of heat.
All our waste is differentiated: kitchen scraps are used as feed for our chickens and as compost for the garden.
We recycle plastic, aluminum, paper and glass.
We are located in an intact natural environment of great beauty which we are committed to preserving.
The farm is equipped with a photovoltaic field of 12 kW to cover all the electricity needs of the farm, reducing emissions equal to over 370 tons of CO2. We use LED bulbs and high energy saving appliances.

For the selection of the products that we serve at Ca’Novae, that decorate our rooms or that we offer in the shop, we prefer small local producers.
We have installed an electric charging station as a concrete service tool for all our guests who have decided to make a concrete contribution to the health of the planet by purchasing an electric car. During a meal or during their stay, our guests can recharge their electric vehicles at our charging stations, produced by our solar panels.
Two wells and a 50,000-liter rainwater collection tank have been activated to supply the sanitary services. One well is located in the center of the farm and is used for irrigation. We check daily for any waste of water resources. All waste water from the house is recycled through a phyto-purification plant and used to irrigate our garden.
Ca’Novae is an organic farm.
We do not use pesticides or herbicides on the 3 hectares of our farm. We guarantee the biodiversity and survival of many inhabitants of this ecosystem, such as bees and other pollinating insects, fireflies, birds, frogs and small mammals.
If you find an insect in the room, you will have living proof that we do not spread poisons in the soil and in the air!
