Our honey conveys the floral diversity behind it. From lavender to chestnut, ivy to the buds of nearby fruit trees, our handcrafted raw honey changes its bouquet slightly from season to season with the natural succession of blooms. Free of any chemicals or added sugars, it is harvested and cold extracted to preserve its important natural organoleptic properties.
