Not a restaurant, but an authentic experience for those seeking the pleasure of simple and genuine flavors, immersed in the relaxation and conviviality of the Tuscan countryside.

Ours is a seasonal cuisine that celebrates the bounty of the earth: from the products of our small farms (eggs, meat, milk, cheese) to the freshness of the vegetable garden, from extra virgin olive oil to the spontaneous gifts of the woods, perfumes, spices and fruit.

Every morning, Elisabetta carefully selects the best ingredients from local stores and farms. This choice allows us to offer cuisine that is always fresh, seasonal, waste-free and rich in the exceptional quality of producers we know and appreciate.

Each dish we serve is a tale of passion and tradition, a tribute to our land. Our family history lives on in our recipes, and in every ingredient you can sense the deep respect for an unspoiled nature.

We invite you to discover our fixed tasting menu, a three-course journey that celebrates the richness of the local area:

A generous antipasto misto with the colors and scents of our vegetable garden, the intense flavors of local cheeses, and the authenticity of artisanal cured meats.
A first course, a tribute to traditional Tuscan cuisine (and sometimes with a pleasant Emilian accent, our roots!).
A second course that speaks of our farm, with carefully selected and prepared meats.
Accompanying it all is the fragrant aroma of our homemade bread and the sweetness of our artisanal desserts.

Accompany your meal with local wines from our selection, a true taste of the Tuscan territory. You can also bring your own wine “from home.”

To enjoy our cuisine, reservations are required
at least 2 days in advance.

Dedicated to Guests of our Agriturismo Ca'Novae:

45 euros per person (drinks not included)

To ensure a convivial atmosphere, for reservations with fewer participants than the minimum required, we reserve the right to join your table with other guests.

Outside guests are welcome!

55 euros per person (drinks not included)

The table will be for the exclusive use of the group.

Important booking information

Before confirming your reservation, please read our terms and conditions carefully:

Confirmation: your reservation will be valid only after you receive our written confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
Guarantee: to guarantee your reservation, a credit card is required. No amount will be charged at the time of booking.
Cancellation: if you do not cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 25 euros per person will be charged.
No-show: in case of no-show, a penalty deposit of 55 euros per person will be charged (penalty deposit, art. 1386 Civil Code).
Acceptance: by booking, these conditions are considered accepted in full.

We value the authenticity of our products, which are often artisanal and come from different productions. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the absolute absence of allergens (such as gluten, lactose, etc.).
Please always let us know in advance if you have any food allergies or intolerances. We will be happy to consider how we can offer you a choice of products to suit your needs (gluten-free, lactose-free, yeast-free, vegetarian, etc.).

As ours is a “home” kitchen and not certified for specific diets, please consider that in case of severe allergies or intolerances, our options may not be sufficient to eliminate all risk. In these situations, we suggest you seek more specialized facilities for your safety.
